The CEP publishes the final results, the street reacts
The Council's decision to publish the election results virtually ignoring the complaints of the Opposition, is already causing a stir

Demonstrations that began almost immediately after the publication of final election results of October 25, 2015 by the CEP were interspersed with incidents and violence.

A car registered "State Service" opened fire on a crowd from Saint-Jean-de-Bosco (downtown). There would be at least one wounded by bullets.

The manifestations of yesterday afternoon seemed to take a more violent turn than usual as has been seen by our reporter on site. And machetes were distributed to over-excited demonstrators angry at Airport intersection (Delmas 18). A panic has also taken place in this area due to continued gun shots.
