President Moise officially opened new road in Haiti's Southern Department

President Jovenel Moise, accompanied by the First Lady Martine Moise, the Prime Minister Mr. Jack Guy Lafontant, the Minister of Public Works, Transport and Communications,  Fritz Caillot, proceeded officially this Friday, December 22, at the opening of the road of Anbakan in the commune of Camp-Perrin, in the department of the South.


This fully concreted track over a length of 11 kilometers, was carried out as part of the deployment of the Caravane of Change in the South. The Caravan of Change is an ambitious initiative of the President, which involves the deployment of heavy machinery and manpower to very specific parts of the country to help rehabilitate roads, agricultural lands and other important infrastructures. 

The inhabitants of this part of the country who had a lot of difficulties especially during the rainy season, expressed their gratitude towards the President for his commitment to improve the road conditions of the country.
