The Minister of Tourism and Creative Industries, Stéphanie BalmirVilledrouin, conducted this Wednesday, February 11, 2015 at the Consulate of Haiti in New York to launch a promotional campaign to Haiti through the American TV channels by cable , reads a note of government communications.

This campaign aims to confirm Haiti as a tourist destination will be through "promotional spots of the destination, for a period not exceeding 30 seconds will run from February to May 2015 on channel 650 of the Cable Vision network."

This destination campaign aims in particular American travelers and the Haitian diaspora in the regions of Connecticut, New York and New Jersey.

Titled "Experience it " the campaign offers a compilation of videos providing information about the beautiful attractions of Haiti with relevant information on hotels, events and tourist guides available.

"This campaign intends for Haiti to, once again, be confirmed as one of the top destinations in the Caribbean. "Ms. Villedrouin said at the launch of this first New York advertising campaign.

In addition, the Minister announced other destination campaigns across the globe. "Our efforts in the promotion of Haiti not stop," she says.
