Since the Haitian parliament have been dismantled due to political gridlock between the executive and the legislative branch of government, there won't be any ratification process that must be gone through before the installation of a new prime minister.

The installation of Evans Paul as the permanent prime minister of Haiti will take place today, Friday January 16th 2015 at 5:30 PM local time, have announced Lucien Francoeur, general secretary of the primature.
This news came days after the designated prime Minister Evans Paul admitted during a radio show that a new government will be installed no later than the end of this week.

A clear date for the overdue elections will not be announced today as members of the CEP, the body officially responsible to organize the elections, have not yet been designated by different sectors in Haiti, as emphasized on the agreement signed the day before parliamentary terms came to an end.
