Haiti Corruption: latest Maserati with Haitian Consulate plate, spotted in Miami

A luxurious car, Maserati, which sells for around $100.000, with Haitian consulate plate CHZ0132 has been spotted in a parking lot next to the Dominican Republic's Consulate in Miami.

Picture of the back of the car, showing the Haitian Consulate plate was first shared on twitter by @AKurmanaev. The caption reads: 

"The Miami Consul of Dominican Republic, where nearly 1 in 10 live on $2/day, drives Maserati. Tourism must be booming."
